OK. It took a while to first track down the radio station and then to find the broadcast schedule, but I managed (through the power of the internet) to track down who the preacher was, and an online copy of the radio show!

Heard a radio preacher say

Grattitude is the attitude that sets the altitude for life

and went on to say that our attitude of thankfullness is a choice and that we choose our bad attitudes and mental states. More later!
