Someone asked recently:

Recommend a movie (new or old) for us to watch.

What began was a cascade of favourite movies. I'm a particular fan of Nicolas Cage, Ving Rhames, Sean Connery, Wesley Snipes and Catherine Zeta-Jones. I cant really stop there though. There are others!

The list of actors would suggest a bunch of films:

• The Rock (Connery / Cage)
• Entrapment (Connery / Zeta-Jones)
• Traffic (Zeta-Jones)
• Con Air (Cage / Rhames)
• The Mask of Zorro (Zeta-Jones)
• Rising Sun (Connery / Snipes)

• Blade (Snipes)
• Gone in 60 seconds (Cage, with Delroy Lindo)
• US Marshals (Snipes, with Tommy Lee Jones)
• Drop Zone (Snipes, with Yancy Butler)
• Cruel Intentions (Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillippe and Selma Blair)

See what I mean about a cascade effect - Tommy Lee Jones plays such a great dead-pan straight man, to the likes of Will Smith (in Men in Black).

Delroy Lindo seems to keep turning up in things, "Romeo must die" (with Jet Li) for instance.

Note: I am, in fact, a movie watcher in the sense of being a card-carrying member of the AMC movie watcher club. This gets me lots of free stuff and I would recommend that you join.
